The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption launched a mobile application "Digital Agent" (Digital agent), through which service recipients can assess the quality of public services in real time.

Any service recipient, through the "Play Market" or "AppStore" can download the mobile application "Digital Agent" on your smartphone, register and 5 point system to assess the quality of services provided. In addition, service recipients are given the opportunity to send photo and video materials (a large queue, rude attitude of staff, etc.) and leave comments. 

All received complaints and suggestions are processed in the feedback format and as soon as possible responsible persons assist in solving problems.
